I started off in publishing as an editor, and soon realised that science publishers all over the world needed English editors and I could live in other countries. So I moved to Germany and the Netherlands and added translation to my work skills as I became fluent in those languages. It was the aspect of solving the puzzle of how to change the text into the new language that really sold me on it. After many years working from home as a freelance translator and editor, I am now branching out into teaching English online and life coaching, with the aim to become a digital nomad (again).
